Formerly President of CapitaLand Financial of CapitaLand Group, Jonathan is currently CEO, Fund Management at CapitaLand Investment. In this position, he oversees CapitaLand Investment’s listed fund platform, the asset operating platforms in Singapore and Malaysia as well as its India business. CapitaLand has listed Singapore’s first property trusts in retail, industrial, office and hospitality sectors, as well as trusts focusing on China and India. Its six listed trusts have total assets under management (AUM) of S$55.3 billion as of 30 June 2021. India, a growing market for CapitaLand, is targeted to represent S$7 billion of AUM for the Group by 2024. Prior to joining CapitaLand in July 2019, Jonathan was the Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer of Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB) Group. Being with ASB since its inception in 2015, he was concurrently the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Real Estate Funds for the first two years of the company. Before that, Jonathan was with Ascendas Group – serving as CEO, India Operations, 2004 to 2007; CEO, India Funds, 2007 to 2014; CEO, India from 2010 to 2015; and Assistant Group CEO (Funds and India) from 2012 to 2015. In his real estate career spanning since 1992, Jonathan also held positions with Lendlease Group, Tan Chong Group and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Honours) and a Master of Science in Project Management, National University of Singapore.
Mr Low Chee Wah is the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Retail (“FPR”), a retail-focused platform under Frasers Property Singapore (“FPS”). FPR oversees asset, property and development management of the Group’s retail assets in Singapore, with an asset size of about $8 billion. Prior to this, he was the Head of Retail and Commercial Division under FPS. Mr Low joined FPS in March 2007 as General Manager, Asset Management (Office & Industrial) and subsequently became the CEO of Frasers Commercial Trust, an office real estate investment trust listed on the SGX with total assets of $2 billion located in Singapore and Australia. Prior to joining FPS, Mr Low held senior positions in a number of financial institutions and has over 15 years of investment banking experience in investments, divestments, capital raisings and takeovers across a number of markets in Asia. Mr Low holds both a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws, from Monash University, Australia and is a Fellow of CPA Australia and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Tham Kuo Wei is both an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. He increased the size of the Mapletree Industrial Trust portfolio from S$2.1 billion at listing on 21 October 2010 to S$5.9 billion as at 30 June 2020. Prior to joining the Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (from August 2009) and Chief Investment Officer (from April 2008 to August 2009) of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd’s Industrial Business Unit where he was responsible for structuring, setting up and managing real estate investment platforms in Singapore and the region. Prior to this, he was the Chief Investment Officer of CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia from July 2005, and he was responsible for setting up and managing the private equity real estate fund. He was instrumental in securing investments from institutional investors in Malaysia and overseas. He was also responsible for sourcing and acquiring completed assets as well as managing development projects across the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors. Before Kuo Wei’s secondment to CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn. Bhd., he was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Mapletree and was responsible for the portfolio of Singapore commercial, industrial and residential assets. He joined Mapletree in June 2002 as Project Director for its new Business and Financial Centre project at the New Downtown in Singapore. Prior to joining Mapletree, he held various positions in engineering and logistics management in PSA Corporation from 1993 to 2002. As Group Head of DBS’ Capital Markets Group, Seat Moey oversees and supervises several teams on advisory and corporate finance, as well as structuring and execution of all equity transactions including corporate equity fund raising, REITs/ Business Trusts and IPOs. Seat Moey’s extensive experience also includes structuring and originating debt and equity-linked debt issues and structured finance. Seat Moey has been with DBS for over 25 years, joining the bank in 1998 when it acquired POSB. Prior to that, she was with POSB, where she was Vice President, Asset Management. Seat Moey was involved in the first property securitisation in Singapore in 1999, and was part of the team that pioneered the REIT and Business Trust markets in Singapore. The team’s footprint extends beyond Singapore and landmark transactions include being the financial adviser to the sponsor of Guangzhou Investment Trust (Yue Xiu REIT), the first cross border REIT in Hong Kong, Starhill REIT in Malaysia and CPN Retail Property Fund in Thailand. Mr Chua assumed the role of Director of Group Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at Keppel Corporation Limited on 15 February 2021. Prior to his appointment, he served as CEO of Keppel DC REIT Management since the listing of the REIT in 2014 till 14 February 2021. He currently also holds directorships in Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd, KBS US Prime Property Management Pte Ltd and various associated companies in the Keppel Group. Mr Chua has extensive experience in the real estate fund management and hospitality industries, including M&A, real estate investments, business development and asset management globally. Prior to joining the Keppel DC REIT Management, Mr Chua was Senior Vice President of Keppel REIT Management Limited (the manager of Keppel REIT) where he headed the investment team. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Chua was Director of Business Development and Asset Management at Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited (the manager of Ascott Residence Trust) and before that, he was with Hotel Plaza Limited (now known as Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited) as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management, where he was responsible for the business development and asset management activities of the group-owned properties. Mr Chua holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Canterbury and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
Mr Chong Kee Hiong was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director on 1 January 2019. He is also a member of the ARA Group Investment Committee which oversees its global investment strategy. Mr Chong has close to 30 years of financial and management experience. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Chong was the Chief Executive Officer of OUE Hospitality REIT Management Pte Ltd from 2013 to 2018. He was Chief Executive Officer of The Ascott Limited (“Ascott”) from 2012 to 2013 and Chief Executive Officer of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited from 2005 to 2012. Prior to that, Mr Chong was with Raffles Holdings Limited as their Chief Financial Officer. Mr Chong began his career in audit with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1990. Mr Chong is currently the President of the Orchid Country Club General Committee and Chairman and Non-Executive Director of NTUC Foodfare Catering Pte Ltd. Mr Chong is also an elected Member of Parliament for Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC. Mr Chong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with National University of Singapore and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program in 2008. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Jerry is Managing Partner of Allen & Gledhill. Jerry has been practising as a corporate lawyer since 1993. Ms Jill Smith is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Manager. She works with the Board to determine the strategy of the REIT. Ms Smith is also responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of the REIT, and works closely with the Manager’s investment, asset management, financial, operations plus legal and compliance teams to meet the REIT’s strategic, investment and operational objectives. Ms Smith has over 40 years of experience as an investment management professional in Asia and Europe. She has extensive experience in portfolio management, business development and management, as well as in sales and marketing. Previously to joining the Manager, Ms Smith held several senior executive positions within Manulife Asset Management. She was Senior Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Manulife Asset Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Ms Smith was previously a Director of several Manulife overseas entities. Prior to joining Manulife in 2007, Ms Smith was with Western Asset Management (Singapore), Rothschild Asset Management (Singapore) and Lazard Investors (Singapore). Before moving to Singapore in 1993, Ms Smith held a number of senior positions with leading U.K. financial companies. Gek Khim is a tax partner specialising in corporate tax and is the real estate tax leader for Singapore. She joined EY in 2000. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Director in the then Interpretations and Treaties Branch of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Gek Khim specialises in corporate tax and is actively involved in advising clients on corporate tax planning, restructuring and other arrangements, in real estate and asset management industries. She advised on tax structuring and tax issues on capital market transactions and led the Singapore tax team on the initial public offerings of a number of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Business Trusts in Singapore. She also worked on the tax structuring for real estate funds and has assisted clients in setting up such funds investing in Singapore and outside Singapore, including negotiations with the IRAS for tax rulings. She was part of the EY tax team that worked closely with the Singapore authorities to develop the first taxation framework for REITs and continues to be actively involved in the enhancement to the framework. Gek Khim has a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. She is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and an accredited tax advisor with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals, a member of the regulatory sub-committee of the REIT Association of Singapore, REDAS Honorary Tax Advisor and a member of the Income Tax Board of Review.

Mr. Garing has over 25 years of investment management, financial markets, and accounting experience in the global real estate industry. He was appointed CEO and Executive Director of Cromwell EREIT Management Pte Ltd, the manager of the eponymous S-REIT, in September 2018, after a period as acting CEO. The SGX listed REIT had gross asset of €2.4 billion or SGD3.5 billion as at 30 June 2021, invested in 108 logistics/light industrial and office assets in 10 European countries. Simon joined Cromwell Property Group Australia as its Chief Capital Officer in December 2017, where he was responsible for capital management and fund raising for capital markets, as well as public and private fund initiatives. A proven capital markets manager, investor, and analyst, Mr. Garing was previously the Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific (“APAC”) and Bank of America Merrill Lynch Australia. He was also the Chairman of the bank’s APAC Recommendation Review Committee, managing around 130 equity analysts who evaluated and analysed approximately 1,200 companies spanning several asset classes and industry sectors across 12 APAC countries. Prior to that, he held several senior roles at leading financial advisory firms and investment banks. These include appointments as Managing Director of Bell Potter, where he founded its Institutional Real Estate Investment Advisory, Research, Sales and Trading team; Executive Director at Babcock & Brown, where he was also Global Co-Head of Real Estate; as well as Managing Director of UBS Australia, where he was also Co-Head of Global Real Estate Research. Ronald Tan is the principal responsible for the marketing & business development of attracting Real Estate listings in particular REITs across global markets for Singapore Exchange (SGX) for the last 14 years, where it is now the largest Global REIT hub in Asia. He also leads a team that covers the listing of Infrastructure Business Trusts and Consumer & Services sector, coupled with a regional coverage of Thailand and Myanmar. Previously he also held geographical responsibility for listings from Malaysia, Middle East & Indonesia. He joined SGX in May 2006. Prior to joining SGX his career included positions with Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) & International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore). In SingTel, he was responsible for commercial partnerships in Middle East & South Asia, while he covered international partnerships & international operations (Europe) in IE Singapore. He started his working career as a full time pastor in one of the largest church in Singapore. Mr Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (Second Upper) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1997.
