Mr Low Chee Wah is the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Retail (“FPR”), a retail-focused platform under Frasers Property Singapore (“FPS”). FPR oversees asset, property and development management of the Group’s retail assets in Singapore, with an asset size of about $8 billion. Prior to this, he was the Head of Retail and Commercial Division under FPS.
Mr Low joined FPS in March 2007 as General Manager, Asset Management (Office & Industrial) and subsequently became the CEO of Frasers Commercial Trust, an office real estate investment trust listed on the SGX with total assets of $2 billion located in Singapore and Australia.
Prior to joining FPS, Mr Low held senior positions in a number of financial institutions and has over 15 years of investment banking experience in investments, divestments, capital raisings and takeovers across a number of markets in Asia.
Mr Low holds both a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws, from Monash University, Australia and is a Fellow of CPA Australia and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Jerry is Managing Partner of Allen & Gledhill LLP.
Jerry has been practising as a corporate lawyer since 1993. Jerry’s main areas of practice cover capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and investment funds; and he has advised on numerous international and domestic transactions. Jerry joined the Firm as a Partner in 2001 from an international firm in Hong Kong.
Jerry heads the Firm’s REITs Practice and Investment Funds Practice. He was formerly Co-Head of the Financial Services Department, Deputy Managing Partner and Joint Managing Partner of the Firm prior to assuming the current role of Managing Partner.
Jerry is the leading authority on REITs and business trusts, and has been involved in the listing of almost all the REITs and business trusts in the Singapore market. He was the lead counsel of Hutchinson Port Holdings Trust in the largest IPO in South-east Asia to-date. Jerry has also been involved in almost all the secondary offerings and convertible bond issues by Singapore REITs and business trusts. He has further advised on a number of REIT listings in Malaysia as international counsel.
Jerry regularly advises on M&A and private equity transactions, establishment of private funds, complex securitisation and structured finance transactions, and corporate governance. Jerry advised several REIT mergers including the merger of OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust and OUE Hospitality Trust, the merger of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust and Frasers Commercial Trust, and the merger of CapitaLand Mall Trust and CapitaLand Commercial Trust.
Jerry is cited as a leading practitioner in Chambers Global, Chambers Asia-Pacific, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Who’s Who Legal. He has also been recognised as a thought leader by Who’s Who Legal.
Jerry was the former Co-Chair of the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is now a member of its Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee. Jerry is the Secretary of the REIT Association of Singapore, a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and an editorial board member of Business Law International. Jerry currently serves as a director of the National Kidney Foundation and the Singapore Land Authority. He also serves as a member of the Nee Soon Town Council and Chairman of its Legal and Contracts Committee.

Mr Tan Tze Wooi

CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited
Tze Wooi is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Non-Independent Director at CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited. CapitaLand China Trust (CLCT) is Singapore’s largest China-focused real estate investment trust (REIT). Since joining CLCT in 2017, Tze Wooi has led the doubling of CLCT’s portfolio valuation to S$5.2 billion, expanded the REIT mandate to include multi-asset classes and increased CLCT’s geographic diversification to 12 Tier 1 and 2 cities in China. Tze Wooi works with the Board to determine the REIT’s strategy, craft the investment and business direction as well as oversee the day-to-day management for CLCT. He has over 24 years of experience in real estate, investment & asset management, corporate banking, credit and auditing in Singapore and China. Over the last 16 years, Tze Wooi held several senior executive positions within CapitaLand, where he was the Regional General Manager of North China for CapitaLand Mall Asia, responsible for overseeing the operations of CapitaLand’s RMB 20 billion assets in the region. Before joining CapitaLand, Tze Wooi was with Standard Chartered Bank as the Vice President, Wholesale Banking (Real Estate). He began his career in audit with KPMG. Tze Wooi holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Jonathan Quek

Jonathan has been with Citi since 2004. He is Head of Citi’s Asia Pacific real estate & lodging franchise and Head of Singapore Investment Banking. He has extensive experience in M&A, equity/equity-linked and debt transactions advising on over a 100 transactions over the past decade.
Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) and a Masters in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University.

Mr Tham Kuo Wei

Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Limited
Tham Kuo Wei is both an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. He increased the size of the Mapletree Industrial Trust portfolio from S$2.1 billion at listing on 21 October 2010 to S$8.7 billion as at 31 March 2022.
He was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (from August 2009) and Chief Investment Officer (from April 2008 to August 2009) of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd’s Industrial Business Unit where he was responsible for structuring, setting up and managing real estate investment platforms in Singapore and the region.
Prior to this, he was the Chief Investment Officer of CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia from July 2005. Before Kuo Wei’s secondment to CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn. Bhd., he was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Mapletree and was responsible for the portfolio of Singapore commercial, industrial and residential assets. He joined Mapletree in June 2002 as Project Director for its new Business and Financial Centre project at the New Downtown in Singapore. Prior to joining Mapletree, he held various positions in engineering and logistics management in PSA Corporation from 1993 to 2002.
Kuo Wei holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Koh Wee Lih was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Manager with effect from 1 December 2021.
Mr Koh has over 25 years of experience in investment, corporate finance and asset management, of which more than 17 years are in direct real estate, covering investments, developments, asset management and real estate private equity in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joinning the Manager, Mr Koh was the Executive Director and CEO of AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited, the manager of AIMS APAC REIT[1] (AA REIT) from 2014 to 2021, where he was responsible for the overall planning, management and operation of AA REIT. Before that, Mr Koh held various senior positions at AA REIT as well as other private fund and developer, overseeing regional investment and asset management.
Mr Koh holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Mr Simon Garing

Mr Garing was appointed as the CEO and Executive Director of the Manager on 13 May 2019, after an interim period as Acting CEO from 3 September 2018. As CEO, Mr Garing works with the Board to determine the strategy for CEREIT and with the other members of the management team to ensure that CEREIT operates in accordance with the Manager’s stated investment strategy. As the CEO, he is also responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of CEREIT and works with the Manager’s investment, asset management, finance, investor relations, legal, risk and compliance teams to meet the strategic, investment, regulatory, sustainability and operational objectives of CEREIT.
Mr. Garing has over 25 years of investment management, financial markets, and accounting experience in the global real estate industry. He was most recently the Chief Capital Officer of Cromwell Property Group, where he was responsible for capital management and fund raising for capital markets, as well as public and private fund initiatives. In that capacity, he worked closely with the group’s investment teams across the world to develop asset investment opportunities, funds, real estate investment trusts, and joint ventures that meet the demands of the group’s capital partners.
A proven capital markets manager, investor and analyst, Mr Garing was previously a Managing Director of Bank of America (formerly Bank of America Merrill Lynch) APAC and Bank of America Australia. He was the global head of real estate research and the Chair of the bank’s APAC Recommendation Review Committee, managing around 130 equity analysts who evaluated and analysed approximately 1,200 companies spanning several asset classes and industry sectors across 12 APAC countries. Prior to that, he held several senior roles at leading financial advisory firms and investment banks, including Bell Potter and Babcock & Brown. Notably, he was a Managing Director of UBS Australia, where he was also Co-Head of Global Real Estate Research.
Mr Garing holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of CPA (Australia). He is a member of the executive committee and the promotions sub-committee of REITAS, of the Singapore Institute of Directors and of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

As Group Head of DBS’ Capital Markets Group, Seat Moey oversees and supervises several teams on advisory and corporate finance, as well as structuring and execution of all equity transactions including corporate equity fund raising, REITs/ Business Trusts and IPOs. Seat Moey’s extensive experience also includes structuring and originating debt and equity-linked debt issues and structured finance. She has more than 30 years of investment banking experience and oversees regional teams across Asia under the DBS’ Capital Markets, DBS Vickers Securities Pte Ltd and DBS Digital Exchange Pte Ltd.
Seat Moey was instrumental in launching many first; 1st commercial paper program, 1st property securitisation and the 1st REIT in Singapore, the landmark IPO of CapitaMall Trust in 2002. Under Seat Moey’s leadership, DBS has grown to dominate REIT listings in the region and have been successful in attracting international issuers to list their assets in Singapore, adding to the variety of sectors and geographies in SREIT, marking Singapore as a global international REIT hub.
The team’s footprint extends beyond Singapore and landmark transactions include being the financial adviser to the sponsor of Guangzhou Investment Trust (Yue Xiu REIT), the first cross border REIT in Hong Kong, Starhill REIT in Malaysia and CPN Retail Property Fund in Thailand and more recently SF Real Estate Investment Trust in Hong Kong.
A Singaporean, Seat Moey graduated from University of New South Wales with a Master of Commerce. Seat Moey is an IBF Distinguished Fellow.

Agnes has over 20 years of experience in international corporate tax and her area of focus is real estate, REITs and RBTs and funds.
She is the tax advisor of numerous REITs in Singapore, supporting them on pre-IPO structuring, IPO tax disclosures, tax modelling and tax opinion, and post-IPO tax structuring, tax due diligence and tax insurance policy with respect subsequent acquisitions, refinancing, divestments and merger in Singapore, Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, UK and United States, etc.
Prior to joining KPMG Singapore, Agnes has practised taxation in London (4 years), Hong Kong (4 years) and Tokyo (3 years). Agnes is also a lecturer of the Advanced Tax Program held by the Academy of Tax in Singapore.
Agnes graduated with first honour from Warwick University in the UK. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in Hong Kong, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) in the UK and an accredited tax advisor of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP) in Singapore.

Mr. Chui is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited, the Manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT.
Mr. Chui has more than 20 years of extensive real estate experience, particularly in the REIT sector, across property investments and divestments, funds management and structuring, capital markets, acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, and property research.
Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Chui was responsible for the Southeast Asia real estate business at Standard Chartered Bank. His experience in the REITs and Business Trusts market includes structuring cross border property investments and fund raising for REITs as well as property research. He was formerly with Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Securities Pte Ltd, where he was the lead property research analyst responsible for Singapore listed REITs and property companies. He has also held management roles with CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited and was part of the pioneer management team at Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited.

Matthew is responsible for Perpetual’s Asia pacific growth strategy, focused on the Perpetual Corporate Trust, Perpetual Private Wealth and Perpetual Asset Management businesses.
Matthew worked in Senior Sales and Relationship Management roles in Perpetual Corporate Trust and Perpetual (Asia) Limited from 2007 to 2017, including three years in Singapore. In these roles, Matthew was instrumental in building out Perpetual’s cross border fiduciary capability in the real estate market, as well as growing Perpetual’s S-REIT and private fund businesses. In 2017 Matthew joined TMF Group as Regional Director – Head of Sales Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, where he led a team of sales and client management professionals across Asia including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia and Thailand, plus sales responsibilities for the Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines markets. Matthew re-joined Perpetual in 2020 in his current role as Managing Director, APAC.
Matthew is an Admitted Solicitor in NSW and has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of International Business.

Ronald Tan is the principal responsible for the marketing & business development of attracting Real Estate listings in particular REITs across global markets for Singapore Exchange (SGX) for the last 14 years, where it is now the largest Global REIT hub in Asia. He also leads a team that covers the listing of Infrastructure Business Trusts and Consumer & Services sector, coupled with a regional coverage of Thailand and Myanmar. Previously he also held geographical responsibility for listings from Malaysia, Middle East & Indonesia. He joined SGX in May 2006. Prior to joining SGX his career included positions with Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) & International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore). In SingTel, he was responsible for commercial partnerships in Middle East & South Asia, while he covered international partnerships & international operations (Europe) in IE Singapore. He started his working career as a full time pastor in one of the largest church in Singapore. Mr Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (Second Upper) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1997.
