Ms Nupur Joshi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the REIT Association of Singapore (REITAS) since 2017. She has more than 20 years of international experience, including over 15 years in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sector, with expertise across investor relations, portfolio management, economic analysis and public accounting.

Prior to joining REITAS, she held several senior roles at Singapore-listed Mapletree Logistics Trust, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Investor Relations. Her earlier experience includes working as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in the United States and as an economist with Kotak Mahindra in India. She began her career at Jardine Fleming India, now part of J.P. Morgan, where she became the firm’s Chief Economist.

Drawing on her extensive sector and capital markets experience, Ms Joshi is actively involved in advancing REIT market education and engagement. She is a regular writer and speaker on REITs, frequently engaging investors, market participants and students through industry forums, public commentary and guest lectures.

Ms Joshi is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Development and International Trade from the University of Reading, UK, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India. She has a keen interest in sustainability and holds a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute as well as a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
