Ms Nupur Joshi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the REIT Association of Singapore (REITAS) since 2017. With more than 20 years of international experience — of which over 15 years have been in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sector — she brings deep expertise across investor relations, portfolio management, economic analysis and public accounting.

Prior to joining REITAS, she held several senior roles at Singapore-listed Mapletree Logistics Trust, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Investor Relations. Her earlier experience includes working as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in the United States and as an economist with Kotak Mahindra in India. She began her career at Jardine Fleming India (now JP Morgan), where she rose quickly to become the firm’s chief economist.

Drawing on her extensive sector and capital markets experience, she is a frequent writer and speaker on REITs, engaging the investing public through regular commentary and delivering guest lectures on REITs to university students.

Ms Joshi is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Development and International Trade from the University of Reading, UK, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India. She is keenly interested in sustainability matters and has been awarded a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute as well as a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
