Ms Joshi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the REIT Association of Singapore (REITAS) since 2017. She has over 20 years of international experience in investor relations, portfolio management, economic analysis, public accounting, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Prior to joining REITAS, she held several senior roles at Mapletree Logistics Trust, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Investor Relations. Her earlier roles include working as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in the United States and as an economist with Kotak Mahindra in India. She began her career at Jardine Fleming India (now JP Morgan), where she rose quickly to become the firm’s Chief Economist.

Ms Joshi is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Development and International Trade from the University of Reading, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India. She has also been awarded the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing as well as a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
