REITAS is pleased to launch the refreshed and updated Online Rules & Ethics Course 2026.
This year’s course offers 18 modules, including a new module on Corporate Governance and an expanded Business Trusts & Stapled Trusts module.
Designed for flexibility, the course allows participants to complete the modules at their own pace and time. Participants may choose any 6 modules and, upon successful completion, will be awarded 6 core SFA CPD hours.
The course is designed to support market practitioners in keeping up to date with the regulatory requirements and ethical considerations relevant to the S-REIT sector, and is useful not only for appointed representatives of REIT Managers, but also for others involved in or interested in the S-REIT industry.

The seminar will provide an introduction to the S-REIT landscape and key tax concepts relevant to S-REITs, including Singapore’s tax transparency regime, the tax treatment of foreign-sourced income, GST and stamp duty considerations. It will also cover practical issues and current developments relevant to REIT managers and investors.
The session will be particularly useful for participants taking the module on Singapore Taxation on REITs (Parts 1 & 2) of REITAS’ Online Rules & Ethics Course, as they can clarify technical concepts and ask questions during the live session.

REITAS Annual Conference 2026, originally scheduled for 2 September 2026, will now be held on Monday, 28 September 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Heliconia Junior Ballroom, from 2.00pm onwards, followed by cocktails.
The conference will be a valuable opportunity to hear from industry leaders, gain insights into the latest market trends and outlook, and network with fellow professionals from the REIT community.
3 supplementary CPD hours will be awarded upon request.
