What an incredible evening it was! Over 300 people from across the S-REIT ecosystem gathered to commemorate REITAS’ 10th anniversary at the beautiful W Hotel, Sentosa! It was a night filled with camaraderie and bonding and served as a perfect testament to the connections nurtured by REITAS over the years.

We are excited to announce the launch of a new 1-day course on Sustainability for REITs. The course is designed to equip junior and middle management in REITs with an all-round and practical understanding of how sustainability issues impact the management of a REIT. The emphasis of the course is on the real-world application of environmental and stakeholder considerations when managing a REIT as well as on key aspects of sustainability-related regulations, finance and reporting. Instructors are senior practitioners in the REIT and real estate sustainability fields.
