This popular course was held on 28 February at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of the various fund raising instruments available to a REIT, including a session on sustainable finance. The course will also cover key regulatory considerations when raising funds and case studies by CapitaLand Ascott Trust and CapitaLand India Trust.

REITAS was a supporting association for PERE Asia Summit 2023 held in Singapore on 20 – 23 February 2023.
The Summit is the the world’s biggest gathering of Asian capital and gathers the region’s most influential real estate professionals, with the biggest investors and global managers in attendance shaping the direction of the asset class.

REITAS and Colliers jointly organized a seminar on “Tactical Ways to address sustainability in the Built Environment”.
The presentation by David Berger of Colliers set the scene for a robust panel discussion which touched upon topics such as landlord-tenant collaboration, and the economics of going green.
Karen Lee of ESR-LOGOS REIT, Kelvin Chow of Lendlease Global Commercial Tust and Jason Valoti of Simmons & Simmons shared how they addressed sustainability within their organizations.
Key leaders from our REIT ecosystem gathered today for our Annual Networking luncheon which happened to coincide with Valentine’s Day! It was a fantastic turnout and great to see senior executives catch up with industry peers in good old-fashioned mingling and networking!
