We are thrilled to announce the return of our highly anticipated Sustainability for REITs course! After receiving exceptional feedback last year, we’ve updated the course content to ensure that you gain the most relevant and practical insights for today’s ever-evolving REIT landscape.
Our refreshed & updated Online Rules & Ethics Course for 2025 is now open for registration!
This year, we’ve added 2 new modules, expanding our comprehensive offering to a total of 17 modules (up from 15 in 2024), while simultaneously updating and refreshing the other 15 modules. Pick any 6 modules that pique your interest!
Similar to previous years, the course is designed such that you can work through the different modules at your own pace and time. CMS licensees will be awarded 6 core SFA CPD hours on successful completion of your selected 6 modules.
Please note that while the course is recognized by IBF (MAS) to fulfil 6 core CPD hours, there is no subsidy available.
As a gentle reminder, all Capital Market Service (CMS) licensees are required to complete 9 CPD hours every calendar year, of which 6 hours have to be on Rules & Ethics. However, do note that the course is not limited to CMS licensees and can be useful for anyone involved in the S-REIT sector.
